7.0“Nice room but a bit overrated as a hotel.”
+Room was fine
−No breakfasts although that was expected. More of an issue no evening meals served and on the night we stayed bar closed at 815, nothing in rooms to advised this.

8.0“Convenient and clean”
+Recently decorated clean smart rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy instructions for check in
−Nothing. Just a couple of possible improvements - there is room for a bigger bed - a holder for shower gel in the shower would be helpful

7.0“Nice hotel but no breakfast facilities”
+Bed very comfy although felt small being a double
−Very noisy internal courtyard and single glazed windows, wasn't aware of a Sunday Karaoke day Room 1 has a sloped floor and no hooks to hang any towels or coats but great kitchenette

7.0“Great location, lovely pub and garden & lovely staff!”
+The hotel itself was lovely, the location was fabulous and the staff were really nice and helpful. It was hot and sunny and the garden out the back was stunning! We had some issues which we rasied and they were dealt with quickly, which was good.
−We stayed for four nights and the rooms weren't cleaned in that time. Our room had a kitchen in it, which we booked for, as there was no breckfast. But no way to cook and no tea towels. We were told to ask for new towels, toilet paper etc, if we needed them, but all hotels offer daily cleaning. No breakfast and no cleaning made it expensive for what you got.

−There was no dedicated car park, but the staff were very helpful in allowing me to park in a staff parking area in the next road.

10.0“Lovely stay for a night in Poole”
+Lovely room and new bathroom. All the amenities needed for a night's stay. A few minutes walk from the marina. Staff we're really welcoming and ran through things on arrival. Nice courtyard out the back for a drink. No parking but The Quayside Poole Carpark is only a 5 min walk and £13 for 24 hours. Highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Poole.

10.0“Splendid short stay.”
+Hotel is located in the quieter suburb of Poole harbour along a street of enchanting Georgian houses. It is within walking distance from the harbour, restaurants and shops. Our room was clean, spacious with a comfortable bed.

8.0“Great overnight stay, albeit a bit warm.”
+The location was perfect, central, yet quiet at night. The staff with whom we interacted were lovely. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom up to date.
−The heat! The little fan in the room provided little comfort. Perhaps an upgrade in fan would help?
