“Not great”
+It was dry inside. The beds and sofabed were comfortable (sofa bed different than pictured).
−When we arrived the thermostat in the living room read 40C and the radiators were blazing hot. After calling the property it was suggested to turn on the airco and if that doesn't help they would send someone over. We turned it on, and when we came back from dinner the temperature was fine. It looked generally like it hadn't been cleaned since the last few tenants. The was a crack in the window. The balcony door didn't lock. The front door lock was flimsy. There was a French press, and coffee beans, but no grinder. The fridge was dirty, the light was broken. At some point there must have been a flood (I thought boats float?) because the curtains all around had water stains at the bottom. The chairs were stained. I think there was snot on the wall at one point.

“Good concept - do it in summer”
+the concept ir really nice and maybe it is really worth doing it again in summer. out of season there are many things that are not suitable (access is hard - via mud, poor cleanning etc)
−poor cleaning of the property (leaves, etc. ). the condition of the refurbisments is good in some areas, but very bad in others - like bathroom where the shower is un-stable

“Sehr ärgerlich mit”
−Das die Toilette verstopft war und die Dusche sich nicht regulieren ließ.Wenn mein Cousin (Heizung und Klemptnermeister nicht dabei gewesen wäre hätten wir nicht zur Toilette gehen können ,duschen ging eh nicht.

“Eine super Location, um mal richtig auszuspannen”
+Tolle Lage in einem kleinen Yachthafen, sehr ruhig gelegen, um sich bestens zu erholen. Das Boot ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist super hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell, egal was ist.

+Prachtige locatie op het water tussen de bootjes, erg rustgevend. De bedden waren ook erg comfortabel. We hadden een fijn verblijf!

“Heerlijk op het water.”
+Slapen op een boot, een super leuk concept. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar die alles uitlegde. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Zeer hygiënisch. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

+Mooi uitzicht op de haven, gezellig ingerichte boot. Leuke bijzondere locatie
−We waren met 4 maar na 1 persoon douchen was warm water al op. Interieur mag wel opknapbeurt gebruiken. Koken op electrische kookplaat is een behoorlijke uitdaging ( duurt lang) en koffiezetaparaat mist. Koelkast gedraagt zich als een vriezer Locatie en sleutelkast was moeilijk te vinden
