“Would stay here again!”
+It was comfortable, clean and the owner of the place was very kind. It was all we could ask for, for the few days we stayed there. It's also very spacious!
−The only thing you need to work with a bit is getting the perfect temperature when showering. But that's part of the package when traveling on a budget.

+We like the bedding and nice bed. Kitchen was very helpful for keeping the food.Toilet was clean. There was plenty of towels . And also we liked the balcony and we enjoyed the views . Was very nice.
−Everything is ok . Just wanted to mention about the TV. It was very high up and the tv remote was not working properly. Need to double check . Thanks

+The people running the property were extremely helpful. They called me right away after I booked the location. They sent me directions on how to get from the airport to their property. They were in constant contact. When I got a little lost on my way to the property, they had a representative from Booking.com phone me to see how I was doing and asked if I needed any assistance. The attention to helping me find my way was well above and beyond what I have experienced with any hotel/Air B&B/short term rental. The breakfast provided was amazing and very tasty. I would stay her again and would recommend this location to anyone travelling to Rome.
−It’s quite a long way from the city centre but the price reflected the distance. It was a good price.

−Il bagno e' degli anni 60. Non c'è la doccia, solo una vasca priva adirittura della tendina . Lavarsi è un problema Il bidet è troppo piccolo

“Soluzione spartana, posizione comoda, ok per viaggi brevi.”
+Buona la posizione, molto comoda alla fermata della Metro e a servizi come ristoranti / bar / supermercato / tabaccheria ecc. Camera carina e di buone dimensioni, anche abbastanza luminosa e ariosa grazie alla porta finestra. Temperatura gradevole in stanza.
−Pagamento solo in contanti all'arrivo. Trovandosi all'interno di un condominio abbastanza grande, il silenzio non è assicurato (ci sono sia cani che bimbi piccoli), consiglio di portare dei tappi a chi ha il sonno leggero. La cosa che più mi ha lasciata scontenta è stata la pulizia del bagno: avevo con me delle salviette igienizzanti e passandone 2 su tutto il water sono uscite GIALLE. In pratica per tutto il tempo del soggiorno non mi sono fidata ad utilizzare il water se non ricoperto di carta igienica.

+Camera abbastanza pulita, c'era un po' di polvere, bagno pulito. Struttura centrale nella zona Pigneto. Materasso comodo.
−Non siamo riusciti a trovare il telecomando del condizionatore e la stanza all'una di notte risultava fredda.
