+Thé area is nice but the owners was not clean and representable when He welcomed me into His guesthouse ând I didn’t like the fact that the room was inside the house and they were cooking dinner and there was Thıs unpleasant smell. I didn’t stay the owner had to refund me. Need to improve on looking good when welcoming guests

“I will remember the place for its terrible smell inside. A lot of potential to upgrade the facility.”
+Mattress was very uncomfortable. Very awkward smell from food prep throughout the facility. Cockroaches / bugs found in bathroom.

“A lot of potential, but neglegted”
+I would have loved to visit this property when it was at its peak. The room was clearly very well designed, spacious, with a lovely balcony and quite modern shower in the bathroom. The location for my purposes (work) was very good.
−It seems that the property has been severely neglected recently. Untreated water damage was present in several places. Objects left in the room made me wonder if the room has been prepared for me at all. I was also checked in an checked out by a man in his pajamas. This property has so much potential but do need rather urgent, experienced management. The low price I have paid was justified.

+The owner is the best guy you will ever meet in Centurion. He is very friendly and welcoming and always around to talk and chat with at any time and even watch some movies together if you have that time. The property is in a very secure place, and it's just a few minutes to the Centurion Mall. It is a very quiet place. You will have a mini kitchen with a fridge, microwave, small table, and couch for your dining or breakfast in your room, and a shared main kitchen and dining area that you share with the owner and the rest of the tenants.
−He should do some regular cleaning, though. I understand that he said the cleaner is on maternity leave.

+Victor was an extremely generous host that catered for my every need. I was made comfortable from minute 1. I was just staying overnight but I felt like royalty. Being indulged with conversation and not left alone to my own devices. Victor is super-intelligent and can hold a conversation for hours, The room and bathroom was super-clean... better than my own home. Thank you Victor!!! I will definitely be back!!!
