“Lovely and comfortable stay”
+Great location and hotel commodities. The place is quite new and very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Totally recommend :)

+Amazing view of ella, lovely balcony and was great having the tasty breakfast on it each day. The room was clean, had lots of useful items like an umbrella and nail clippers. The staff were helpful and the location was great for the little adams peak and 9 arch bridge walks. Also helpful that there are plenty of tuktuks that wait on the corner, so very easy to get around although it was only a short work into ella centre anyway!
−The only improvement would be for the rooms to be cleaned at least once during the stay - we stayed for three nights and to have the towels changed would have been great although I am sure if we had asked they would have done so!

“Beautiful view, spacious spotless rooms, lovely breakfast”
+Our stay at the Chillout was absolutely lovely. The room was spotless and massive. The owner and his staff were all so sweet and helpful, even arranging day trips for us and offering tips. The daily breakfast is served right on your own balcony and was so delicious. The view is incredible and the location is nice - right near Little Adam's peak. You are a little ways out of the main part of town but we enjoyed that, and it's a nice walk or a short tuktuk ride away.
−The ac struggled to keep up in the afternoon when the sun was beating in - wasn't a huge issue but it happened to be a few pretty warm days in Ella! But it was nice and cold in the mornings and evenings and most days we were out during the afternoons.

“A relaxing stay in a stunning setting!”
+The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate me after a long and stressful travel day. The room itself was gorgeous and I loved spending the morning laying in the hammock. A squirrel even came up and sat beside me! The breakfast was delicious and served at your room on the balcony overlooking the stunning landscape. So special! Thanks again to the team at the Chillout, can't wait to come back!
−I didn't like that I only stayed one night - will be back to spend more time here :)

“One of the best accomodation in Ella with the great view”
+Spacious room with all the amenities. The breakfast has so much varieties and scrumptious. Ruban, Thushaan and Satheesh are so friendly, helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this place to everyone

“Name is very apt, the place is good for chilling out.”
+Property is very close to the trailhead of little Adam’s peak so we were able to enjoy hiking early in the mornings. Breakfast choices and facilities were modest but clean and comfortable. Some basic amenities were not provided so you might need to get them from local supermarkets (shower gels etc.) Overall, the staff were excellent and more than make up for the little inconveniences.
−There were power outages throughout our stay due to some construction but it didn’t last very long.

“Great place a bit outside of Ella with short distance to Nine Arches Bridge and Little Adams Peak.”
+Super nice appartment in the proximity of Nine Arches Bridge and Little Adams Peak a bit outside of Ella. Beds were very comfortable and you can enjoy nice seating on the terrace and get the breakfast served to there.
−Communication with the location was a bit slow and despite the nice room and breakfast we had better price value options during our 3 weeks stay. But for Ella, is seems okay.
