“Comfortable, warm, friendly and well situated for exploring the town with good transport connections”
+On a quiet street off the main street in the old town and very close to the Charles Bridge. Plenty of restaurants close by. The rooms had preserved the lovely original painted ceilings in the building and were very comfortable, as were the beds. Breakfast was extremely good, choices for all tastes, and plentiful, with helpful service.
−The rooms facing onto the Malostranska (the main pedestrianised street)were sometimes a little noisy in the early mornings but this was a minor nuisance.

“A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel.”
+The location was exceptional. I knew we were close, but I didn’t realise just how close to The Charles Bridge we were. The room was comfy. Bathroom was nice and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were amazing. The cooked breakfast with the scrambled eggs, the pastries, yoghurts, fruits, cereals, coffees, juices - all spot on. They even had wine available! Staff were attentive and helpful offering suggestions on pubs to visit. There’s a tram stop right by the hotel and the metro is only 5 minutes walk away. It’s a top tier hotel and I’d certainly stay again.
−There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property, although I might suggest that when they make up the rooms they replace the coffee and change the used cups / glasses. Other than that, spot on.

“Sehr schön für einen Städtetrip”
+Die Lage ist super zentral. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war optisch passend und charmant eingerichtet.
−Da das Haus sehr alt zu sein scheint, war es sehr hellhörig (andere Türen und Geräusche auf dem Flur sowie Schritte im Zimmer oben drüber). In unserem Zimmer lagen bei der Ankunft noch kleine Glasscherben. Nachdem wir dies angemerkt haben und um Reinigung gebeten haben, haben wir dennoch noch eine Scherbe gefunden.

“מלון מעולה לשהות בפראג Excellent hotel to stay in Prague”
+Hotel in an old and well-preserved building in a great location. One step from Charles Bridge in the Mala Strana district. Walking distance from all the sites and public transportation. We return to the hotel again and again on every visit to Prague. The hotel is a combination of old design and modern comfort. The hotel is very clean and the maids are very efficient and courteous. The staff is knowledgeable and everyone seems to care about making the guests feel comfortable. All the staff were nice and efficient especially Veronica gave us personal attention and was simply charming. The breakfast is full of options to suit everyone. The area is touristy but one of the most relaxed, quiet and safe. The best location. −If we understand correctly the hotel has changed owners who have removed all the magnificent murals that dotted the walls of the hotel rooms and public areas. Very unfortunate, the murals were an original addition to the wonderful hotel. But, this does not detract from the good quality of the hotel. The hotel is excellent. אם הבנו נכון המלון החליף בעלים שמחקו את כל ציורי הקיר המרהיבים שאיתרו את קירות חדרי המלון והשטחים הציבוריים. מאוד מצער, הציורים היו תוספת מקורית למלון הנהדר. אבל, זה לא גורע מאיכות הטובה של המלון. המלון מעולה.
