“Relaxing and enjoyable!”
+Delicious with a savory and sweet option for breakfast each morning, fresh coffee, and in the evening, a glass of wine and cookies. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Even provided a "to-go" breakfast when I had a 5 am flight the day of my departure!

“Amazing breakfast!”
+We traveled Eugene to attend an event at the Hult Center. The Campbell House Inn was a convenient walk to the venue and we felt safe walking back to the Inn after the event. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly.
−We relied on Google maps to drive to the Inn. This was a mistake as it took us a back way that did not make sense. Once we arrived there was a car blocking the one-way driveway (they were very slowly unloading) and it was unclear where the parking was located.

+THe rooms we have been given at the Campbell House, on two separate visits, have been low, dark, basement rooms with no view. The staff member who greeted us this time was just north of surly. But the breakfast was very good, and the house itself is lovely to look at.

“Charming spot for an overnight stay in Eugene.”
+Beautiful grounds with great parking. Charming dining room with amazing made to order breakfast. The room was clean with the basics.
−Shower head wasn’t the best and it would have been nice to have a higher, elongated toilet.

“EXCELLENT EUGENE BNB”
+Very convenient in central Eugene, could walk to many restaurants/shopping. Nicely kept historic inn with all amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was quite good- full breakfast. Cookies and glass of wine for each occupant every afternoon. Staff was very attentive. A completely great experience, would definitely seek this place out again if we stay in Eugene again.
−No negatives.

“Excellent staff and location. Beautiful gardens and historic house”
−My room was extremely small, the pillows were not adequate, the bed was not comfy, luggage stand fell apart I should have seen a photo of this room ahead of time as I wouldn't have booked it! The view was of the roof. I would not recommend the " Three Sisters " room
