“Easy comfortable,”
+The front desk was very helpful and pleasant
−There is a step up into the bathroom and although it can't be helped because of the old building, maybe put a sign to say step up

“The hotel was charming and in a great location, however, the towels were dirty.”
+The room was very cute and the bed was extremely comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the room was good. It's also a great location.
−The person who greeted us during our stay did not give us much information and seemed a bit upset to be working. Furthermore, all of our towels were dirty with what looked like black soot.

“Stylish vintage hotel but consider if you want to experience a black bedroom.”
+This is a stylish vintage renovated hotel. Free parking and good location.
−I did not enjoy being a black room with black walls and drapes.

“Showing its age”
+The Campbell has a classic feel. It’s located in a great area. It has a good smell!
−It’s showing its age. There’s lots of areas that need touch up or fixing in rooms and out around the hotel. Our sink wouldn’t drain, the main guy tried valiantly to fix it and couldn’t so we were moved. The new room, which was a suite, had its own issues, including holes in the walls, no toilet paper holder at all. The towels are MembersMark kinda thin and small. The faucet was leaky. Bedding, especially the duvet / comforter really showing its age and the bed, while large, was kinda rutty. Not sure if we’d stay again without knowing there was an overhaul.

+The uniquely decorated room was perfect for our trip. The bed was comfortable. The blackout curtains allowed us to get some much needed sleep after a long day's drive.
