“Great stay. Loved the view”
+The balcony was beautiful. Clean room.
−No tea just a few creamers and one was old and cursed in the coffee. The bed was way too soft.

“Nice hotel, wrong personnel”
+The location was very good, it's a comfy room in a green area. The pool area was very relaxing and clean. It's a nice place to relax and the amenities are well taken care for.
−We had a bad experience with a cleaning situation. When we arrived the toilet was not clean in the inside. I tried cleaning the seat with hand sanitzer and toilet paper and flushing it severall times, but the inside was still filthy. We called for assistance and the cleaning lady starting yelling saying that WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE? And there were little specks but it wasn't as obvious as before. She yelled that we should have taken pictures so we had evidence... Then she saw toilet paper (the one I used to clean the seat), and start accusing me, that since I have used it everything was a lie. At this point I felt super insecure, Idk what's her issue but we only needed a quick swipe with the brush (which we didn't have). Then the girl in the frontdesk arrive and tell her to retire. She in the other hand was super attentive and offered us to clean it and did an exhaustive job at that. After that I was worried the cleaning lady had taken that personally and ask the girl in the front desk not to let her in the room by any chance.

“Quaint stay and beautiful property”
+The pool and amentities was great, it was very peaceful, we enjoyed our privacy, beautiful views, great trails to explore and dog friendly! The room has a fridge (no microwave), coffee kettle w coffee needs, and robes.
−Everything was lovely. Microfiber bed linens are hot to sleep in esp during the summer, the nightstands were a little small and the toilet/shower room could use a shelf or place for guest's in-shower needs.

“A lovely stay overall, but the housekeeping and attention to cleanliness need improvement.”
+Great location and staff were extremely receptive, friendly and helpful!
−When we checked in, there was a blood-stained tissue underneath the bed. I initially chose not to make an issue of it, assuming it would be removed when the room was cleaned the following day. Unfortunately, after housekeeping had serviced the room, it was still there. That made me question how thoroughly the room was actually being cleaned. The balcony chairs were also quite dusty and clearly hadn’t been wiped down before our arrival.
