“Good location but poor management!”

−The response of the owner is very poor, as this was a work trip we had been told that the invoice would be issued after checkout, but have been waiting for more than a month now and they still haven’t issued it yet! No response to emails nor calls!

“A perfect stay, filled with relaxation, comfort, and lovely little touches.”
+This is my third time staying here, and I’m still just as happy as the first time! 🥰 The room is absolutely beautiful, and it’s such a pleasure to be able to enjoy the spa bath and sauna. Everything is perfectly set up for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A special mention for the lovely little attention: I had some pralines waiting for me on the bed 🍫 It was such a nice surprise and really made me happy! Everything you could need is also provided: water, coffee, tea, a small fridge, a fan, and even a hairdryer! There are plenty of towels, as well as bathrobes, which is really appreciated. If I had to suggest one tiny improvement, it would maybe be to add some slippers for the spa/bath area, but honestly, that’s just a small detail. I really have nothing negative to say! I’ll definitely be back for a fourth time! ❤️

+Great location within walking distance of the train station and directly next to the concert house and the city center. Clean and spacious room with a modern interior. Self-check-in with all relevant information sent prior to the visit. WiFi worked flawlessly.
−I was pretty warm in the room, but the window was the emergency exit at the same time. This made it a bit difficult to have propper ventilation to cool down the room. Luggage lockers were pretty much useless for me, because they were available only until 1 hour after check-out or 2 hours before check-in.

+Room is spacious and clean. We enjoyed the Sauna. The touch screen of whirlpool did not work well thus we can only use it in one mode.
−There is no mesh screen at the window to prevent misquito flew in the room. It was hot in the room and we wanted to open the window but afriad bugs will fly in at night.

“Zeker in orde!”
+De sauna en het bubbelbad waren top! Ook een zalig bed!
−Niet super geluiddicht, je hoort mensen buiten praten… Ook jammer dat we onze bagage maar tot 12u konden achterlaten in de kluisjes. De straten van Brugge zijn niet echt valies-proof.
