“Disappointed”
+The bed wasn't too bad.
−The room was very dated , there was washing in the washing machine. The tiles are dangerously slippery and the lounge/couch was extremely stained & & dirty.

“Poorly maintained and disappointing stay.”
+The location and view
−Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The apartment lacked basic necessities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner and pool towels. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with not even basic essentials like salt and pepper. We also experienced electric shocks from several light switches, which was concerning, and both showers flooded during use. Overall, the apartment felt neglected and not properly prepared or cleaned for our arrival. It gave us the impression that guests hadn’t been welcomed for a long time. There is definitely room for improvement in cleanliness, maintenance and basic amenities to make guests feel comfortable and welcome.

+Loved the very spacious 2 bed apartment. Fab location with the beach just outside. We had an out of hours check-in which was very smoothly handled.

“Great Stay”
+Location and views were great. Apartment had everything we needed. Perfect location between Surfers paradise and Broadbeach.
−The shower in the ensuite leaks so bad that we had to use the other bathroom. This is an ongoing problem though as you can tell from the carpet in the bedroom and the flooring.

+Great location, comfortable, spacious, well stocked kitchen
−Poor consumable stocks. Single washing detergent, single dishwasher tablet for three night stay. Soap bar only. Lack of simple consumables gave it a cheap feel. Late check in process was clumsy and frustrating.

“Our family had an amazing few days here, we would definitely stay again.”
+Amazing location with spectacular ocean views. Well set out apartment with all the modern conveniences. Decorated in a beach theme to add the perfect holiday touch.
−Little touches like batteries in the remotes were flat. beach towels in the rooms would have been a welcomed addition as reception is unmanned a lot of the times. minimal item left in unit i.e.. detergent for dishwasher bin bags
