“Lovely large room, great bath and lots of space.”
+Large room with a lovely freestanding bath and very comfortable bed.
−The use or air freshener, walking through the corridors you had to breathe in the toxic fragrance and it was in our room too. Our room was freezing cold on arrival, we put the radiators on and went down for dinner but still cold when we came back up. Not exactly cosy.

“Perfect Stay at The Boot.”
+Such a friendly, unpretentious and comfortable, traditional pub hotel. We enjoyed an excellent stay whilst attending a wedding reception at a nearby venue in Castle Donnington. Lovely food and drinks [the breakfast was exceptional], and wonderful service. Spotless room and the bed was so comfortable. George deserves a special mention. From start to finish he was extremely helpful and charming. A great asset to The Boot, I feel certain. Highly recommended! Thank you.
−Nothing not to like. Top class from start to finish.

“A lovely stay with welcoming staff, a comfortable room and surprisingly excellent food. Great value for money, and we wo”
+We booked this hotel during the summer heatwave specifically because it offered air conditioning, and it was excellent value for money with breakfast included. The room had lovely decor with Laura Ashley vibes, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was brilliant. We also appreciated the complimentary water, snacks and biscuits in the room. The bar area had a lovely atmosphere, especially with the fireplace, and the bar staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The food was a real highlight, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality. We ate in the restaurant every evening and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Breakfast offered a great choice, with quality produce and food that was clearly freshly prepared by a chef. The coffee was lovely too. Another bonus was having our parking redeemed through the hotel, so we didn’t have to pay. Overall, we felt it offered fantastic value for money.
−A lovely stay with welcoming staff, a comfortable room and surprisingly excellent food. Great value for money, and we would happily return.

“A lovely (small) room. Our stay would've been perfect save for the shower, wifi and TV.”
+Breakfast was very good and served by a very friendly member of staff.
−The shower was very poor. The WiFi log in details were incorrect and the TV didn't show any live channels.
