−Washroom doesn't have anything to clean it . They should atleast keep a wiper in the washroom for the guest to clean it by themselves.

“Probably a good place for younger travelers with a mid-range budget looking to socialize with other travelers.”
+Good location for getting around, staff generally helpful, restaurant within the property, good common room. Kettle and Nescafé/tea in room. Good AC.
−Wasn’t as clean as the price would suggest it should be - room cleaning was very superficial (dirty floors, toilet not cleaned, bins not emptied). Smelly bathroom at times, frequent power cuts.

+Nice facility and services
−Sometimes I would get too bunk. Working with luggage with top bunk becomes combersome

“Not as expected, I left before the end of my stay”
−I booked a private room based on the photos on the website, but the reality was very different and I decided to leave before my reservation ended. • The bathroom smelled very bad and the shower water was always stagnant. • The toilet seat had brown stains. • Several lamps were broken. • The room is next to a very noisy machine and the window doesn't close properly, so there is no way to block out the noise. • There is a lot of noise from other guests. On my last night, people were shouting and no staff member said anything. • I requested room cleaning twice and it never happened. Cleanliness, maintenance and the chance to rest are the basics anyone expects from accommodation.

+The bed was super comfortable, the AC was great, the shower had hot water. The lower gathering area is very welcoming and was a nice place for meeting other tourists.
−The room seems a little not maintained, the electrical plugs were somewhat broken, the door lock seemed taped. There was no secured cabinet to store valuables in the room.
