“very cheap get away”
+the owner was a very nice man.
−it was very run down but the owner was waiting to sell the property so understandably it was a bit out dated.

“Needs Attention.”
+The bed was clean and comfortable.
−The room smelt of old man terribly. Shower was mouldy, TV was audio only, no staff apart from the guy who let me in then left, the front door key didn't work had to get the guy out at 2am. It was cheap but you wouldn't expect the above .

“Really let down”
+How close it was to the beach and the stadium
−On first entering we were told the owner couldn't make it. We were also told that they hadn't renewed the alcohol licence for bar and no breakfast as staff were not there. There was no option to clean room after first night stay. We had the pet room so we weren't expecting perfection but there were fronts missing off draws, the radiator cover was battered and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. My son ended up sleeping with his sister because his bed was too dipped in places. The bathroom had an awful smell and there were no airfreshners so I used my perfume multiple times a day. The shower was mouldy. The towels weren't even white anymore and were rough. There were 4 of us and only 3 cups.

−I didn’t manage to see the host, but that was to no fault of his. He had a family emergency.

+Friendly & helpful staff,, very close to attractions & pubs etc short 5 minutes walk,,clean tidy room & a stones throw to the beach
−Only a small gripe I were in room 4 a few maintenance issues ,, the shower very loose & slightly detached from the wall & a broken plug socket in the room

“Good value”
+Nice big room, smart tv and clean. Good location to pleasure beach and pier very quiet at night and staff gave recommendations for places to visit and places to eat also adviced us places to avoid.
−Shower seal was moldy could do with being replaces also no hand soap.

−Separate bathroom , not enough milk , never emptied the bin in the toilet, didn’t get shown my room didnt explain anything about how to work the tv , or where to leave the keys , didn’t tell me anything about when the bar was as open , both the keys were the same for the front door and my room like same colour

“Very good hotel”
+Very happy with the rooms. I had a double bed with ensuite and another room with a sink and single bed.
