+Accessibility, breakfast & coffee in the am!
−Heater/ac unit very noisy when it cycled on for heat. Actually wondered if it was going to break down. So didnt sleep so soundly.

−Cost too much for a room that smelled like smoke and was one remdke up from a nasty no tell motel

“Cheap and cheerful”
+The location was quiet yet close to the Interstate. The staff at check in were friendly, fast and helpful. Great value for a one night stay on a road trip.
−Breakfast was very basic but did it's job until we stopped farther up the road for a mid morning coffee and cake.

“PINK SLIME MOLD”
+The only thing I liked was being able to pick up a key from the box at 1am. However what a system there was like 5 keys in there and anyone could have taken ours.
−The shower was DISGUSTING. It had pink mold all over it. I asked the Indian guy wearing headphones who was clearly walking around the property the whole time kind of doing nothing but with access to all rooms if he was the owner. He said no. Still I brought him to show him the mold he said "oh well there is a leak we will fix it". So I go to the front desk and ask for the owner and the guy tells me it is the Indian guy walking around the property with headphones!!! I said he literally just told me he was not and the front desk worker said "I know that's how he is, I am looking for another job". Poor kid. The one thing I wanted from a hotel in the middle of literal nowhere checking in at 1am was a clean shower in the morning and I was unable to shower with pinks slim mold tub. Turns out this was a Motel 6 but the Indian owner somehow changed the name to a more personalized name via dropping the franchise but it is worse now as they do not have to keep up to corporate standards such as no pink mold in bathtubs and lying to guest.

“Easy access, clean, convenient, solid breakfast, I wold stay again.”
+Breakfast was solid. Room was a little tired. Coffee service (in-room) only had one regular serving of coffee but 2 decaf. HVAC was kind of basic (just hot/cold). Okay value, I know it was a weekend and prices are up in lots of areas, but it didn't feel like a great value.
−Freshen the rooms with some touch up paint, etc. Minor really.

+The location was great! Close enough to walk downtown and to the fairgrounds
−The room was huge but had no chairs or decent sitting area just the bed. The towels had hairs on them and the floor was not clean and the bed was uncomfortable.
