“Would stay here again in a heartbeat!”
+I loved the staff and the location. Olena at the front desk was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable and helpful. Marc, the manager was really wonderful and memorably helpful and kind too. But everyone in the hotel, including the housekeepers were all top-notch. And of course, I absolutely love the location.
−Nothing.

+Great location, staff were all very attentive and helpful especially Olena on reception who gave us some great recommendations of where to eat and visit. Marc the Manager was always keen to make sure everything was to our liking. Breakfast was continental style with plenty of choice..

“Exceptional staff make this hotel stand out”
+I had a room on the top floor with a terrace. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was really good with selection of fruit, cereal, yogurt, cold meats and cheeses, hard boiled eggs, pastries etc with hot drinks made to order. But it was the staff who make it stand out. Exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special mention to Olena who arranged a private driver to take us around Gozo.
−It is very noisy in the evening as situated in an area full of bars and clubs. The price you pay for such a central location. However earplugs were provided. Its down a side street which was closed to traffic due to construction work. So its a very short walk down a slippery slope.

“Fabulous”
+Had wonderful stay for 3 nights and was central for everything. Rooms were spotless and complementary toiletries, water, drinks and snacks was a nice touch. Breakfast was lovely and fresh and juice and coffees were always served with a smile. Staff were really helpful and always willing to help. Special thanks to Marc for restaurant suggestions he was spot on and Olena on morning we were leaving with tracking our taxi
