+Quiet location - but with villages in walking distance for food and drinks, very welcoming hosts and very clean and comfortable facilities. Also nice breakfasts and lovely to sit out at night.

10.0“Sadly only stayed one night...”
+The Barn was very probably possibly perhaps almost certainly the BEST B&B we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in a lot). Liz was a most lovely and welcoming host, The Barn is immaculate with amazzzzzzing views, comfortable bed, fresh scented linen and towels. All the facilities you could wish for in a B&B. Thank you so much Liz, Marc & Liz Bournemouth
−There is honestly nothing negative I can comment on...

10.0+Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. An intimate setting which was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was bob on. Extra comfortable bed too! We weren't fortunate enough to meet Liz but Andrew was the perfect host. This property is off the beaten track but local towns/villages are easily accessible by road. Approximately 20 minutes to Stratford which is well worth a visit. 10 minutes from the British Car Museum which was also well worth visiting 😊

10.0“Brilliant Hosts, Beautiful views and nice peace and quiet.”
+The house is in a beautiful rural setting with just 4/5 other properties around it, (a converted farm I believe), not far from the M40, but we could not hear the traffic at all. Breakfast was plentiful and nothing was too much trouble for the hosts even making a Tomato, Potato and Asparagus 'hash' one morning, there was cereal, fruit juice and as much coffee/Tea and toast as you wanted. Vegans, (and other dietary requirements), are well catered for if you let them know in advance. The landing of the house has been converted into a lounge for the guests to use, you have your own bathroom just outside the bedroom. No expense has been spared on the decor or furnishings. The hosts, Andrew and Liz are very welcoming, (especially as this is their home), and they really want to make sure your stay is as good as it can be. Lovely people to talk to and will help you out if you have any special requests during your stay and have good knowledge of the area if you are going out and about sight seeing. I would recommend staying here and really looking forward to them getting a 'shepherds hut' in the very near future.
−In all honesty we could not fault anything!
