“Misrepresented as BnB (Bed AND Breakfast)”
+The location was good. It was a quiet street and close to areas of interest.
−The room looked NOTHING like what was shown on Booking.com. It was dingy. There was no water pressure. The towels were see through due to being threadbare. The hand soap on the sink was in a moldy bottle. The booking information says breakfast is served from 7:30-10:30. There was NO breakfast at this BED AND BREAKFAST. There were several other amenities listed in the Booking.com information that were completely missing in the room (refrigerator, microwave, TV, etc).

+The room was comfortable, private, and perfect for a longer stay. The Wi-Fi was fast, the location was convenient, and everything I needed was within walking distance.

+Wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was comfortable, quiet, and exactly as described. Having a café right in front of the homestay was a huge bonus, especially for someone like me who starts every day with coffee. The host was responsive and gave great local recommendations. Five stars!

“This place felt like a home away from home”
+The room was spotless and the location was excellent. There is also a cozy café just outside the property where guests can enjoy fresh coffee and light meals. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

“Run down home”
+Reasonable price, located in quiet and beautiful area. Easy to park your car on the street across
−The place is the least beauty house in the area. Room ran down and not clean. Bed is so soft, you felt drown in it, not for those that has back issue. Mine is family room but has a transparent bathroom wall which is weird design. Bathroom is not clean.
