+Great location
−Based on other customers' reviews, I was expecting the rooms to be a bit bigger, but they seem to have the same size of budget hotels such as APA

−Rooms very small, to be expected in the city, but nowhere to sit or put luggage other than the bed.

“Quiet location”
+Liked the room and facilities. Location was a bit far from all but appreciated it since it was in a less crowded area.
−Staff upon check in was very unfriendly and unwelcoming and there is no one at the front desk.

+nice staff..... great location. Great bathroom (especially the shower).
−Took forever for elevators... the breakfast was ok, but not great. Rooms were very small, which made it difficult to get up out of bed.

“Great price for a great location!”
+Amazing location at the hearth of Tokyo very close to Ginza. Everything was good at the hotel, great staff and the room were cozy and comfortable, just a bit too small for European standards but that is totally ok. Overall very recommended.

+Loved the location. The breakfast was amazing. I appreciated the free umbrellas in the lobby, free tea, and amenities nook in the back. I accidentally booked two separate reservations, and the staff was able to help me stay in the same room for the whole time.
−The rooms are small for the price, but I think you'll find that's the case in most hotels in Tokyo.
