“Quick stop-over.”
+Booked on line, not much interaction with the staff. Room was great, but we were not there for very long. Just a quick stop over for business. Coffee was not the greatest, but was hot and appreciated. Saved at least an hour of sitting in traffic getting a room here late the night before. Took Associates over an hour just to get through the last light on the Sun Rise.

“It’s a dump.”
+Not much
−Loud guests on second floor no sleep…obviously no refund from staff when left for another hotel since all prepay.

“class motel!”
+What a surprising old school motel, drawback near the busy Southampton bypass, select a room around the pool and the noise fades. The room is large with comfortable beds, cool (temperature) and great breezes through the screened in window. Surrounding green, though the property itself needs repair and renovation to make it a competitive Hamptond accommodation. The price is right for a short stay. We booked to attend the art fair only 2 miles away - 6 minutes or so by car into town - not inconvenient - and with a day trip to Montauk with visits to surrounding towns we had a great trip! The motel staff are really nice. Thnx!

“We had a room around the pool, enjoyed the coolness of the large room with 2 comfy beds, pretty green landscape with coo”
+Location - we came for an art fair only 2 miles away
−It’s a potentially gorgeous property - needs work (renovation)

“Cozy and welcoming”
+Here’s a polished and natural version of your review: The location is excellent, and the atmosphere is truly welcoming, made even more special by the kindness and professionalism of Mr. Dough and his daughter. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with everything you might need, including a coffee maker, refrigerator, and hairdryer. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The bathrooms are spotless, well-maintained, and feature excellent water pressure. While the rates are not inexpensive, they are among the best value for this level of accommodation on Long Island. The swimming pool is fantastic, and guests can also enjoy the barbecue area, comfortable lounge chairs, and a lovely picnic corner. On weekends, you can relax in the cozy shared kitchen and enjoy breakfast in a warm, home-like atmosphere. The surrounding property is beautiful, with magnificent centuries-old trees and a charming vintage tennis court, complete with rackets and balls available for guests to use. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, offering comfort, hospitality, and excellent amenities in a peaceful setting.
