+The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, although the mattress could use an upgrade. Due to the hotel’s central location and our room being on the first floor, there was some noise at night. Breakfast was included in our stay and was served at The Brunchers, a café located just behind the hotel. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed having breakfast there. Cleanliness could have been better, based on my personal expectations. Overall, we really appreciated the hotel’s convenient location and the friendliness of the staff.

+The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location, near the Monastriraki Square is excellent!
−The noise from the street -loud talking, laughing and very loud street singers - every night the moise went on until long after midnight, which disturbed our sleep. There is no sound reduction in the windows overlooking the street, It was not restful.

+Large room and great balcony. Good facilities in the room including large fridge and oven. Good location.
−Second worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff seem uninterested in their job. Sheets are grey and towels old and frayed. Only double bed available, too small for two of us so wife slept in couch every night. Water pressure disappeared for shower and taps if another apartment turned on their water. If you close the balcony door you lose tv reception. Breakfast options limited and inflexible as well as being offsite. You need to put toilet paper in bin and not allowed to flush which is just disgusting. Room photos misleading on website. Cleaners forgot to empty kitchen bin and forgot to give us towels the one time they cleaned. Have to turn on boiler 15 to 20 minutes before you need a shower which means a delay in the mornings, the water takes time to heat up. Curtains filthy as they lay on ground at the base.

+Centrally located to all the sites
−It was hard to locate and the street to narrow for a van for transport

“Great central location, hotel had all we needed and was very comfortable. Reception was friendly and we enjoyed our stay”
+Very close to The square and metro. Easy access if you are visiting the Acropolis and doing other tours. Breakfast at the brunches was also delicious, which was included in our stay. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay very much
−Slightly noisy on the weekends. But if you want the location, a small price to pay. Once the windows are shut, very little noise can be heard.

“Great location and friendly staff will stay again when in Athens.”
+The location was great for what we do while in Athens.
−The AC worked great , access was easy and staff were very friendly and accommodating, but the bed (Mattress) could use an update.
