“Our stay was ok but make sure you get a room away from the noise”
+The property is in a good location close to the light rail. Staff are lovely. Room was ok.
−The rooms next to reception are really not good. The walls are thin and you can hear people talking even at night. You can hear people talking on the street also. The walls are too thin and you can hear people upstairs. TV didn’t work and a tile was damaged in the shower. We had to be moved.

“A pleasant stay in a clean, attractive room with undercover secure parking in a convenient location.”
+The Alison location suited us as we were attending Prince of Wales in Botany St for tests just a couple of minutes down the road. Great food options at The Spot Randwick a few minutes drive away. Under cover secure parking was a great bonus at a fair price. The room was spacious ,clean and nicely decorated. We bought our own light breakfast and just had it in our room .A Bar fridge and Kettle with tea/coffee and milk were supplied.
−Bed was not all that comfortable .

+Great location and easy to check into after hours.
−Bed wasn’t all that comfortable, and the acoustics meant that you could hear people coming and going at all times of the night to and from the building.

“Great budget stay, close to facilities and very friendly staff”
+The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I enjoyed the tea and coffee facilities including milk and biscoff biscuits - having a sink in the room was helpful. The modern kitchen and laundry facilities on site made the overall price worth it. Full length mirror in room much appreciated as they are sometimes hard to find in hotels these days. Could open window for fresh air if needed.
−The bathroom/toilet facilities weren't super clean. It would be good if there were cleaners throughout the day and night to tend to the facilities. The room walls were quite thin so you could hear bathroom doors opening and closing throughout the night.

“Very comfortable and great location”
+It was so close to public transport that we could walk most places or jump on the tram to get into the city. The bed was super comfortable and you had plenty of towels! We loved our stay in the city here.
−Nothing. Overall it was a great stay!
