+The room was okay, it had a comfy bed. Cleaners came everyday.
−This property does not have what it advertised. On Booking.com it says that they offer a shuttle transfer. This is a lie. When i messaged the property to kindly request it, i was met with very rude replies. Secondly, the shower was faulty and leaked all over the bathroom floor. The room was outside a bar, which played music until very late very loudly which is disrespectful to hotel guests. On arrival we weren’t shown how to use the shower or the air condition properly. We weren’t even greeted and received no messages, a key was simply left in the door. Overall the manager of the hotel is clearly very rude and not open to helping guests and provides false advertising on their website. This is certainly not the boutique luxury stay that me and my partner planned. Instead it was a musty old room in a loud bar with limited resources.

“The Aigle is by no stretch of the imagination a ‘Luxury Retreat’ !”
+Furniture .Doors onto balcony
−The hotel ,although must have been lovely at one time ,is now very tired . It certainly was NOT a ‘ luxury retreat ‘ more like a night club with rooms .I enjoy music but not loud live music a few yards from the bedroom every night until the early hours . Total disrespect for hotel guests . Sunday night until after 1a.m .Disco lights left on all night on Tuesday . The Aigli Website claiming private check in and out ? Bath robes / Slippers ? Yoga classes ? Film nights ? Excellent food ? Etc … None of these exist ! We never met the owner ,in fact didn’t see anyone for three days apart from the occasional meeting of the musician who was very pleasant but spoke no English .He couldn’t open the outer gate to let us in on arrival ,so my partner did it . We were put into the Earth room instead of Rose room which we had booked . The pipe to the bathroom sink or waste water was leaking all over the floor . We were not shown how to us air conditioning and unfortunately there was no one around to ask anything at any time There was no plug for the bath .No phone number to contact anyone so in the end I sent an email .I was told that the air conditioning was run from the remote control . “Enjoyable and comfortable stay.”
+Beautifully appointed accommodation, we had the Rose Suite. Adjacent to a Cuban Bar and court yard which added atmosphere. A stones throw from the Towns square.
−Uncertainty as no reception, but all worked out fine.

+Kaikki oli hyvin,hyvää musiikkia kuului iltaisin joten sain nukuttua musiikin tahdissa paremmin. Harmi että vatsa oli joka päivä täynnä niin ei jaksanu drinkille enää ruuan jälkee enää mennä cuubalaisen musiikin tahtiin, vaikka suunnitelmana oli mennä.

+Sehr zentral, klassisch und Stilvoll! Die Live Musik war angenehm!
−Bedienung der Klimaanlage und der Dusche kompliziert! Es hätte gerne etwas Wasser in Kühlschrank (sehr Heiß) und zumindest eine Kapsel Kaffee bereit gestellt!

“Une chambre confortable et bien située… mais prévoyez les boules quies !”
+La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Le lit était très grand et il y avait suffisamment de rangements. La situation en plein centre est idéale pour faire du tourisme.
−La douche prise dans la baignoire generait un écoulement d’eau par le bas que nous avons réussi à maîtriser grâce à une serviette enroulée posée au sol. Sinon, le plus gênant était le niveau sonore de l’animation musicale qui avait lieu chaque fin de soirée à partir de 21h30 jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Le niveau sonore augmentait même au fur et à mesure que la nuit avançait. Il faut prévoir de quoi se boucher les oreilles…
