+The location was excellent - only 10 minute walk to the front, we were ungraded to the family room upon arrival which was fantastic and had a nice view of tower. The hosts were so lovely and accommodating and I cannot praise them enough. The breakfast was great and the hotel/rooms had everything you need. If and when I return to Blackpool I will stay here again. Thank you.

“The initial willingness to move rooms was appreciated, but that is where the positives end. Main thing is what does she”
+The location near the coach station
−Room Issues & Condition First room very small on the second floor toilet not flushing properly. Both myself and my granddaughter are claustrophobic, so I asked if we could be moved. I was reassured there would be no extra charge and we were relocated I appreciated that agreement. Luggage support on arrival I have a hernia, so lifting heavy suitcases is difficult. On arrival, there was hardly anyone available to help the other staff members also have hernias and couldn’t assist. Only Dee and my friend helped me carry my suitcase up those very steep stairs to the top floor. It was a real struggle and not the help you’d hope for when arriving. Second room (top/third floor): Bedding had visible stains the room was cold as the central heating wasn’t working, so we relied on one extra heater, the wardrobe door was coming off its hinges. Bathroom facilities were fine. Disabled guest room: Our companion is vulnerable with a brain injury and staying in a disabled room. Over our two‑day stay, no fresh linen, no bed change, and no extra towels were provided at all. We all know that disabled guests may be incontinent and require additional linen receiving absolutely nothing for two full days i
