Major issue with the elevator caused me to be trapped in it for 2 hours before the technician arrived. No apology or offer of any compensation from the hotel made the whole experience that much more unacceptable. Room was very small and the single slope ceiling was low and claustrophobic, having to crouch down to access half the already small room.

The location is the best hands down. Central to major attractions but also quiet and calm. The staff were incredible; Muhammad and Karan provided great assistance and attention to all of our matters. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was amazing. From the comfort of the bed, awesome hot water and pressure from the shower, to the air conditioning provided an amazing stay at The 7 Hotel. We will be staying here upon our next visit.

It was a well placed hotel in the middle of the city . Lots of restaurants around and the staff were very helpful. The only negative thing i can say is the soundproofing of our room was inadequate , you can easily hear your neighbors because there was a door connecting to the room next door.

Great location & very friendly, helpful staff. Near restaurants. Pick-pocketed on train, however, so probably will never return to Lisbon

Pro * Location * Clean * Friendly staff * Modern * Large shower with different spray options * 2 garbage cans * Safe * Small frig * Kettle with 2 instant coffees and teas * Full length mirror * Fairly quiet * Tv with several English movie channels * Near one of 2 elevators * Decent selection of breakfast foods * Coffee machine with many options Con * While location is good, very touristy * Small room * Very little storage * No tissues * Additional instant coffee/tea charged extra * Shower floor is dangerously slippery * No bathroom counter space * No bidet * Only two bath towels * Too few towel hooks * One trash can divided into 3 small recycling bins and does not include true trash * Bedside table space taken over by lamp and phone * Plugs not very convenient * One big and one smaller pillow (2 smalls would be better) * Hard to figure out room thermostat * Narrow twin beds; very firm mattress * Curtains don’t quite blackout street light

Excellent location. Helpful front desk staff. Cute room but the eaves made certain parts of the room difficult to navigate without bumping your head. Breakfast was good.
