“Comfortable place next to the train station. Good value for money.”
+Close to the train station. Clean and comfortable, nice design. The host is friendly and easy to communicate with.
−There were a couple of issues in the process of fixing at the moment of our visit. Hopefully, the next guests will not be affected by them. At first, I was a bit confused by the system of light switches and ended up not charging my phone because of it. Pay attention to that.

+The owner was kind, patient and fast in responses. Although we arrived late in the evening he quickly replied to us providing all info how to enter the apartments. All things were resolved through phone, which was very convenient.

+The location was ok.
−There were lot of issues, starting from no doors at room upstairs which was attached to bathroom that also didn’t have door. The bathroom box was so small and broken. The sink draining was extremely slow. How can toilet not have a door ? We checked the reviews and got to know that toilet door was missing since July and host couldn’t get it fixed in these month. The WiFi was connected but there was no speed at all, we have to use our international roaming data during the stay. The host seems to make excuses on everything. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all and doesn’t have a strong structure so shakes at lot. The Staircase to room was too narrow and there was not proper space to keep the luggage downstairs.

“Exploring Cinque Terre”
+We had a great stay in 5 Terre. The location was amazing, extremely close to the Riomaggore train station. It was our base for 3 days whilst exploring Cinque Terre. Even though we didn't get a chance to meet Simone, the host provided clear instructions on how to access the accomodation which was appreciated. Simone also went beyond to try and accommodate our request to leave our luggage at the accomodation prior to check-in time due to our early arrival (of course depending on when the previous occupants vacated). Would definitely recommend this accomodation if you are looking for a great stay in Cinque Terre.

“A great quiet stay in Riomaggiore!”
+It was so close to the train station! There were no stairs to walk to the place and it was very easy to access Riomaggiore. It was out of the way of all of the hustle and bustle but still so close to everything.

+👍 : - great location - pretty spacious - nice bathroom - price was pretty honest for the area and the period - easy self-check-in - no other accommodation in the building, no one bothering you - soundproof windows
−👎 : - high humidity (humid sheets, clothes, smell…) - very poor ventilation system for a bathroom without window - bad quality bed/mattress (uncomfortable, shaky when moving) - only one thin pillow per person - blinds don’t close properly so it’s noisy on windy nights - badly washed dishes - toilet seat damaged
