“Disappointing”
+Location was good
−The air con stopped working for 3 days, our request to move rooms or have a partial refund so we could go somewhere else was declined, so the cockroaches in the hotel room crawled over us as we had to sleep without sheets because it was too hot. We also discovered bed bug bites when we returned home.

“Great location, lively and friendly”
+The layout of the pool and the location - especially the back gate beach access.
−The airconditioning wasn't working. We were put in this room despite them knowing that and had to change mid-stay.

+Buona
