“I would appreciate the host to fumigate the caravan before hiring out as this experience totally put me of on caravan hi”
+Not really good
−The fact that there were cubwebs and crawling spiders all over that made the kids scared and we had a sleepless night on the first night. I bought insecticide and did the fumigation myself the following day. We had to leave a day before our departure and we didn't have the full fun we expected.

+Location was really nice. The owner was very helpful. And lot's to do on site or a quick drive to bluewater shopping centre.

“In all honesty I spent most of the weekend cleaning down the caravan to try to get rid of the strong”
+Before going into the caravan I requested that there was no perfume smells Inside the caravan and bedroom. When arrived it was very bad blankets pillows had very strong perfume smells or through the caravan actually. I wasn’t able to sleep in the bedroom because of this I have a lung condition which I did tell the owners. They didn’t even offer me a part of a refund after me telling them that I spent the weekend cleaning the caravan. I’m very unhappy and this was very over budget. Spoke to the caravan staff about this. And they’ve noted It
−Very strong smells inside the caravan. Very dirty

“Quiet ,well-appointed caravan on a lively site.”
+Well-appointed caravan at the quieter end of the Haven site. Close to the yaught club bar. Easy walk to the main hub with its swimming pool, kids and entertainment facilities, chippi, convenience store, and a Whetherspoons. Right on the England Coastal Path / Thames Path. For those not walking, there's plenty of parking onsite, and bus 191 stops outside the site so convenient for Rochester and Chatham. It's possible to catch the bus in the opposite direction and walk from Grain back to the site and vice versa. Owner good with communications, and helpfully booked us in for a swimming slot in advance.

“Wonderful family holiday place and a lovely cabin”
+A lovely cozy place with very warm and neat cabin. Easy to locate and helpful owner. Responsive and friendly private owner.
−This was a five bedder - we were supplied 4 towels - literally the only thing to mention. The property is owner rented than by Haven - risk of loss of perks like activity passes but not a major issue. These can be purchased but we learnt it a bit late. WiFi is evolving and again owner has tried sincerely to sort things. Owner tried to help with booking swimming etc etc.
