“I had a lovely stay at Thamalakane Lodge. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, making the experie”
+Very clean property
−My experience at Thamalakane Lodge was generally okay, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast options were quite limited, and I feel that having an omelette as an option would make the breakfast experience much better, as it offers guests more variety and choice. Additionally, I paid for the taxis but ended up not using the service. Unfortunately, I have not received my refund to date. I would appreciate better communication and a timely resolution regarding the outstanding refund. Overall, I hope these concerns will be taken into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

“If you need a lodge with the city of Maun as base of operations or a place to rest before flight.”
+The park was beautiful as well as the river and lake near the cabins. The cabin itself was themed perfectly for the AFRICAN BUSH. The location of the restaurant dining area on a patio overlooking the river was exceptionally beautiful with candlelight. The food was 5 Star quality and was the best of the 6 luxury camps I stayed in. The service in the restaurant was 5 Star. The administration (especially Kelly) was perfect. The shuttle transport with “Happy” was good.
−This is mid June in their winter time and the mornings are cold inside the cabin which have no room heating. I understand the fire danger but it would be a serious upgrade for some type of space heater.

“Overpriced”
+Posizione sul fiume
−Camera triste e buia, bagno senza porta né aspirazione, finestre senza zanzariere, luci brutte. Costo assolutamente eccessivo per quello che è
