“High quality accommodation and kind host.”
+Great location, great bathroom, good wifi, really quiet due to good soundproofing, very comfortable and clean. Sonia spent a lot of time with us and wanted us to feel at home. We booked the quadruple room which was very spacious with a balcony and direct access to the terrace. We used the washing machine. Thank you Sonia for the memorable stay.

“Comfortable, close to amenities, and excellent hosts.”
+This was a beautiful, quiet stay. Kind and thoughtful host and a fantastic location. Close to all things within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the courtyard with lemon trees and outdoor space and light. We hope to return on our next visit!

“tutto bello in pochissimo spazio”
+camera de-li-zio-sa con un angolo doccia bellissimo c’è tutto quello che serve in un piccolo spazio colazione semplice e un terrazzo che fa da stenditoio “da sogno” sonia? troppo carina ci tornerei volentieri anzi ci tornerò :)

“Posizione perfetta, camera un po’ troppo essenziale”
+Sicuramente la posizione, ottima e centralissima, molto comoda per visitare Modica a piedi. La struttura è pulita, l’host si è dimostrato disponibile e presente per qualsiasi necessità. Piacevole la terrazza comune ed una piccola sala condivisa con microonde, macchinetta del caffè e qualche prodotto per una colazione veloce. Il parcheggio si trova a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze; con un po’ di fortuna è possibile trovare posto gratuitamente sulle strisce bianche poco più distanti.
−La nostra camera era davvero molto piccola e piuttosto essenziale nei comfort, in ogni caso nulla di negativo.

“Prima verblijf.”
+Het was een nette kamer met een mooi uitzicht. Vriendelijk personeel en er waren genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt. In het naastgelegen retaurantje kon je prima ontbijten.
−De matrassen waren vrij hard.

“een echte aanrader als je centraal in Modica wilt zijn”
+enorme vriendelijke eigenaresse. stond altijd klaar en was altijd bereikbaar! supermooie luxe locatie midden in het stadscentrum.
−ik kan zo 123 niets bedenken. Ik heb geen 10 gegeven omdat je geen ontbijt kan boeken. er is echter wel een gezamenlijke ruimte waar altijd water, thee en koffie te krijgen is. Ook zijn er koekjes en toast met jam voor algemeen gebruik. Er is een fantastisch groot terras en als je om de hoek het plein oploopt zit er meteen een kleine bar/pasteizaak waar Angelo en Anna Maria de heerlijkste pasteitjes maken. ook voor afhalen en op je eigen terras opeten!! auto parkeren aan de openbare weg was geen probleem

“Vacaciones relajadas”
+Excelente limpieza. Se podía acceder a lo necesario para desayunar , café, te, tostadas, mermeladas, etc. Sonia muy atenta a las necesidades de los huéspedes. En una ubicación perfecta. Recomiendo este hospedaje.
