+The Breakfast. I stayed one night. It was near the restaurants and the town market. It didnt have a view as it was a little on the side. Prior to this I stayed in Freya Capadocia Airbnb but that was expensive so I stayed my last night here. The room was decent. We had the hotl to ourselves no one else was there.
−I paid for 2 Atv rides at the hotel but when we reached the site we got 1 Atv and we both had to sit on 1 rather than sittingon seperate ATVs and driving ourselves my wife had to sit behind me. I conveyed in the beginning to the hotel staff who was a lady owner when I reached the ATV spot I also told the guy there but he said Only 1, Then when our journey started and we stopped at another spot I told the ATV organizer again and explained how i had payed 3000 Lira and it was 1500 for 1 bike then he contacted someone and inthe end came to conclusion it was infact his mistake so I will be refunded by my hotel. When I reached back the lady owner was quite upset about this and I felt asif it was being blamed upon me. In the end we came to conclusion she will refund 1000Lira instead of 1500 else according to her she would be in loss. Apart from that everything was okay and I believe this was just a miscommunication.

+It’s an amazing place. It’s located in the Old Town, and the room itself has a wonderful atmosphere.
−There might be a parking problem. But the hotel itself makes up for this problem

“Unexpected jewel”
+Since my expectations were not high, finding this excellent boutique hotel left me speechless. This is a hotel converted from a historical stone house which belonged to the owners for the last almost 300 years. Conversion was done flawlessly. The hotel is a family run business. The owner, Miss Ulku, was an excellent host. Paid attention to every single detail during our stay. Provided breakfast was excellent every day. Will return to this place with 100% certainty. Ulku, thanks a million again. Evan Acar Arizona, USA

“Wonderful! :)”
+Wonderful atmosphere, very nice and tasty breakfast, helpful and sympathetic staff. Good location. Also city Avanos is pleasant to stay, much less commercial than Göreme.
−If you want to have air condition, here ain’t any. For us it was fine without ‘cause in the end of September nights in Cappadocia are getting cold.

+Nicely decorated and organized cave hotel in Avanos. It is in the heart of the city. Close to Capadocia and all fantastic locations.
−Bathroom faucets must be replaced.
