“Great location, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, but cold rooms (fine if you have a heater in your room).”
+Breakfast was amazing, staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Location was fantastic. We stayed in 104 after our trip to Machu Picchu and the heater and TV were great.
−We stayed in 103 prior to visiting Machu Picchu and it was very cold. This room definitely needs a heater. Room 104 was very noisy, staff putting on the washing very early and the club music went on until 3am, I think guests should be prior warned about this.

+Location superb. Garden pretty.
−- Some staff kind and friendly, the male AM staff member is talking very loudly from 5 / 6 am. No care for people sleeping. Cleaning team are the same, cleaning the room right next door to me at 7am talking ridiculously loudly. - Breakfast over priced for how basic it is. - Tour prices a rip off. - Laundry overpriced. - Paid for a king bed and given two singles pushed together. - Toilet blocked and leaking. - Shower (if it gets warm) takes several minutes to do so.

“Cosy hotel with great location!”
+This is a super nice hotel! We stayed for three nights after our Salkantay Trek and it was wonderful. The room wasn’t as cold at night as we have experienced at other hotels in Cusco, it was the best shower so far (it gets hot so quick!), lots of place for clothes, comfortable bed etc! We also used the hotels washing service which worked well. We didn’t have their breakfast so we can’t speak for that, but the garden was lovely for eating your own! We are very happy with our stay!
−We can’t think of anything! We were very happy with our stay! Maybe some more cosy lamps, as the cosy lamps gave reflection in the tv?

“Charme e praticidade”
