+The hotel is in a very good place at Goreme town. It’s very nice and cozy. Rooftop view is amazing. Mr. Server is very nice and kind. Night note is also fantastic. Will choose this one next time.

“An absolutely wonderful stay in Cappadocia!”
+I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is beautiful, cozy, and tastefully decorated, with a great location, super comfortable beds, and excellent quality throughout. But what really made the difference was the amazing reception team. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. They helped me book tours, organize activities, and figure out anything I needed, making my stay so much easier and more enjoyable. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made me feel truly welcome. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Cappadocia. Highly recommend!

“An absolutely adorable cave hotel with very comfortable and pleasant rooms and phenomenal service.”
+Best hotel we stayed in during this trip. Rooms were just absolutely adorable, with good cave vibes while being very comfortable. We actively enjoyed spending time inside the room here. Lots of space, chairs, beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect, very central. Staff were so attentive, even packed us a breakfast bag with sandwiches and turkish delight when we had to get up too early for their included breakfast. No aggressive up-selling for tour packages (though they did offer to book anything we needed). They arranged transportation to and from the airport for us.
−Plumbing very mildly tempermental--if other guests are showering at the same time hot water can fluctuate. But overall worked well.

“Nice family hotel!”
+The staff was excellent - very kind and polite. It has good rooftop but due to weather it was closed so we couldn’t really enjoy it. Great location
−Breakfast could be better, also my clothes smelled like food after breakfast which I really didnt like as there was no proper ventilation in the room. The electricity sockets were super flimsy and also water in the shower was going from cold to scorching hot all the time.

+Terra Cave Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. When our flight was cancelled, they gave us an extra night and upgraded us free of charge, which turned a stressful situation into a real highlight of the trip. The owner was amazingly helpful without ever being pushy, and kept in touch with us throughout. His recommendations for restaurants and a hammam were spot on. We stayed in the Superior Cave Suite, which has some impressive decorative touches, including an antique wine press. The view of the balloons in the morning was wonderful, breakfast and afternoon tea were lovely, and the resident cats were a delight. Everyone working there was genuinely warm and kind. I'd recommend it without hesitation and would love to come back.
