+Mario is an excellent hostess. He answered me very fast all the time. In the breakfast I had a very good croissant and coffee. It is near the Termini station. The room was very clean and comfortable. I really appreciated my moments there. Congratulations.

“A wonderful place to stay, with outstanding hospitality and an unbeatable location.”
+During our three-week trip to Italy, we stayed in ten different hotels, and I would rank Termini Terrace among the top three. The location is outstanding - less than a two-minute walk from Roma Termini station. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Mario is an excellent host. When we arrived, he took the time to explain a map of Rome and gave us helpful suggestions on how to explore the city's major attractions. He even welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate, with a choice of croissants, boiled eggs, juice, and coffee. If we return to Rome, we would happily stay at Termini Terrace again.

“Excellent location close to Rome Termini”
+Very clean and a 5 minute walk to Rome Termini station. Excellent communications and clear instructions from Mario. Simple breakfast of coffee and fresh crossaint with jam. Like many others the apartment is compact but has everything you need and is perfect for a short stay.

+Die Lage ist perfekt - in nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man beim Bahnhof Termini, von wo aus man überall hinkommt. Auch zum Colosseum sind es nur knapp 15 Gehminuten. Das Zimmer mit Bad ist sauber ,die Betten bequem. Die Kommunikation mittels WhatsApp hat super funktioniert. Das Frühstück am Sonntag erhält man im nahegelegenen Restaurant - war kein Problem.
−Das Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch gehalten. Es gab ein frisches Croissant (mit Füllung nach Wahl), Kaffee oder Tee. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir ab dem zweiten Tag noch je ein 1/2 Baguette mit 2 Scheiben Schinken, einem Blatt foliertem Toaskäse und ein hartes Ei.

+La posizione, vicinissima alla stazione. La disponibilità di Mario che ha risposto all’istante quando interpellato via Whatsapp. La possibilità di avere accesso alla camera ben prima dell’orario del check-in. Camera spaziosa e funzionale. Insonorizzata benissimo, non si sentivano rumori né dall’esterno né dalle altre camere o dal resto dello stabile.

“Fotos enganosas do café da manhã! Muito barulho no quarto. Falta limpeza! Ar condicionado oscila.”
+Pior das 4 acomodações que estive na Itália! Escolhi pelas avaliações, mas me decepcionei MUITO. Não sei o que aconteceu, mas não parece ser o mesmo lugar e anfitrião que li nas avaliações!! ÚNICA COISA BOA: LOCALIZAÇÃO (EXCELENTE) São 5 minutos a pé da Roma Termini. Muitos ônibus saem de lá, estação de metrô conecta os principais pontos. Ônibus transfer para o aeroporto a 3 minutos a pé. Alguns pontos positivos: -É no 1o andar mas tem elevador -Pode deixar as malas antes do checkin -Anfitrião deixa uma apostila com várias informações sobre a cidade e indicações de restaurante. (é legal, mas quando você chega em Roma já está sabendo a maioria delas e os restaurantes são os mesmo que todo mundo indica, então são bem turísticos e lotados!)
−Limpeza do quarto: No dia que chegamos não estava muito limpo e nas 4 noites nem o quarto nem o banheiro foram limpos (apenas a cama foi arrumada, nem o copo que bebemos o vinho de boas vindas foi limpo ou trocado). A partir da 2a noite começou a vir um fedor do banheiro e eu não entendia o motivo. Até que no 3o dia abri o ralo e vi que estava imundo. Deixei a tampa aberta, mas ainda assim não foi limpo. Normalmente não peço toalhas novas, mas elas ficavam muito molhadas, mesmo pendurando. Precisei ficar pedindo todo dia, no dia que não solicitei só recebi 1 (éramos 2 pessoas). Café da manhã: Pelas fotos achei que o café da manhã era farto e servido no terraço, Mas foi colocado apenas um croissant/corneto e café ou café com leite e um pote com geleia, mel. Precisei ficar perguntando se tinha cada coisa e todos os dias eu precisava ficar pedindo a manteiga, o suco, o queijo, o salame, o iogurte. Nada era oferecido, eu que ficava pedindo. Não tinha frutas nem bolo como nas fotos. Hospitalidade: Anfitrião Mario só estava disponível pelo WhatsApp. No quarto havia somente 2 travesseiros, no dia que cheguei pedi mais 2 e expliquei que minha mãe idosa precisava elevar um pouco as pernas.
