+Good value for money and location. Small market, fruits and veggies shop, breakfast cart nearby. Place has elevator. Staff was available on Whatsapp.
−Cleanliness of the place especially washroom was pathetic. Very old and rundown and in need or urgent renovation. Lots of things missing in kitchen like lighter for gas. Old furniture. Washing machine water connection and drainage veey bad. Lakead water in the hall. Wifi was not working last 3 days and even bwfore that very slow and needs to keep logging in. Elexteicity went ofd for 4 hours on 2nd day. Prwpaid system like all Egypt. The plot in front was undergoing demolition and there was non stop npmoise from morning to evening. Definitely not such a high rating as on here. But staff is friendly and they should invest in renovation.

+Large appartment, with a kitchen, bathroom, 2 rooms and a terrace. The appartment wasn´t very clean, but it´s ok in this price range.
−This has nothing to do with the hotel, but I didn´t like the surroundings full of trash and so many poor cats and dogs, whom nobody cares about. They have no proper food, water, let alone medical treatment or sterilization. They have to live in and eat the trash. It is so horrible. Seems like the people in town only care about themselves and do not mind the poor animals suffering. They accept it as "normal". But I´m sure they wouldn´t like to starve or eat trash themselves.

“Апартаменти за приємну ціну”
+Готель розміщений в сотні метрів від пляжу. Його легко знайти, якщо йти від KFC на місцевому Корніші. Як тент оформлений вхід до готелю, а насправді це - окремі квартири. У мене була спальня, вітальня, кухня, санвузол і балкон. На кухні є газова плита з усім необхідним, холодильник, пральна машина. Є телевізор, швидкий вайфай. Дуже приємна ціна за такі апартаменти. Поряд - центр міста, продуктові магазини, базар. Тихий район. Я сюди ще неодмінно повернусь.
−Через дорогу готують місце під новий будинок і вдень трохи шумлять, але це невелика незручність, зважаючи на ціну, прекрасні умови і розташування готелю.

“差极了”
+太差了 好脏广州城中村比较旧的那种水平。说是有空调，我的房间根本就没有，也没有吹风机。而且还是跟别人共用一个房间，我住在单人间的那个，另外一对情侣住在双人间的那间，大家一起共用厨房客厅厕所。我在定之前根本就没有在他们的信息上看到这些，而且厕所里面有很多小虫子，也没有提供纸巾。我只能说这个地方是我在埃及行程中住的最糟糕的，也没有海景可以看。我定的信息上面说有海景。而且马特鲁中国人很少，女生在外面很容易被骚扰挺烦的。
