“Really enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend it to anyone wanted the traditional Japanese experience.”
+Had a great Onsen experience. We had a large room with hot tub on the patio. The food was traditional and very well presented for both evening dinner and breakfast. Located next to the train station which was also convenient.
−Maybe the only comment was that the hotel could probably use an upgrade but that wouldn’t stop us from staying again.

“Confortable stay and very good cuisine. Well located place.”
−The environment and decoration of the dinning room is very cold , the small rooms are dark and tablecloth in polyester is rather poor. It has nothing to do with the good presentation and taste of the dishes.

“The Weather was a disappointment BUT Tensui Sanyo was wonderful.”
+There were lots of special touches. They had a lovely welcome time of wine and snacks. We enjoyed being able to select our own yukatas to wear to the bar, dinner and breakfast. The kaiseki dinner was incredible. It was beautifully presented and allowed us to try a variety of items we would not have otherwise tried. The rooms were large and comfortable. We would highly recommend.

“Worth it but it small improvements can be superlative”
+The location has a surprising view. The external bath was definitely worth
−The WiFi connection was unusable in our room even if the staff gave us a mobile router to use inside the room. Also we arrive in a rainy day, I asked the staff if they have umbrella for the guests and they response that there are for sales. Considering the hotel, I should be on free-usage

“Hôtel traditionnel très confortable qui vaut vraiment le séjour !”
+Hôtel et chambre traditionnels tout en étant confortables. De taille modeste, l’hôtel dispose de tout le confort attendu et son open bar est un concept très sympa. Le petit dejeuner est une experience unique.
−Absence de Wi-Fi dans les chambres, même si cela fait parfois du bien de s’en passer !
