“Good decision to end our vacation here. Miss the pool and staff already.”
+Every staff person encountered was very nice. The maid who cleaned our room (#4030 over Oct 17-20 deserves a pat on the back and a raise, she was dedicated and sweet!). The front door guys, the pool delivery service -all very good hotel people! Real good breakfast once, had delivered food n beverage out to the pool which was good service, quality. We would use this property again in the future.
−Wish we had got lucky to have a better room view out window, we had the big green tree covering our window.

“PHX Layover, Mission Palms was the bright spot for a business traveler.”
+Stuck in PHX from a flight delay, finding the mission palms was my best experience of the trip. Great breakfast buffett, location was awesome, and the most friendly staff I could imagine. Thank you, I will be back soon.

“A Fantastic Hotel for work or vacation”
+This is a perfect hotel. The rooms are lovely and airy and clean. The pool is perfect. But mainly, the staff is incredible -- always helpful and smiling, They greet you hello as they pass and when you approach the desk they are already asking how they can help you before you even land. Everyone was SO NICE I felt like I was being welcomed by family. Also, the food was excellent.

“Long experience with great hotel!”
+Outstanding hotel experience with fine atmosphere, food and service. I have come to the TMP more than a dozen times since 2003 for a convention and have been universally pleased. It is expensive but worth it!

“NOTE: hotel's "resort fee" not included in room price”
+Nice facilities and room size. Better than average hotel breakfast (extra charge).
−"Resort fee"... should be included in overall price of room. Totally ridiculous as an additional non-optional charge. Temporary area construction and street closures made access difficult.
