“9 people crammed in this 60 square meter house sharing 1 bathroom, under host's constant supervision”
+Nick the host looks after his house, which he shares with all the guests. The house is small but he keeps it very tidy. He tries to help guests out when he can.
−I have made 50+ bookings on booking.com, and this is the most dishonest and greedy host that I have ever stayed with. I have lodged a formal complaint with booking.com, requesting investigation. First is its false description on booking.com: "offers direct access to Tema'e beach". From Google map you can see how far it is from the beach. Why does the owner lie on this? "The female dormitory room" DOES NOT EXIST. Yes there is a 4 bed dormitory but the dormitory is in an open space in the attic, totally open to the lounge and the kitchen area downstairs. The house is only 60 square meters big (as per building registration of French Polynesia, the minimum legal ceiling height is 2.1-2.2 meters, and any area with ceiling height< 1.8 meters are excluded from official living space calculations and is ILLEGAL to rent out as accommodation). The 4 dormitory beds are tightly tucked under the angled roof(you can see 1 of the 4 beds totally open to the lounge and how much headroom there is in my attached photo)- You will hit your head every time you get out of bed. +Das Haus ist mit schönen Möbeln und wunderbaren Bildern( z.T. Orginale) ausgestattet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, auch dort schönes Geschirr usw. Es ist ein guter Ort, um schnell Kontakte zu finden.
−Das Haus liegt abgelegen von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand ist nicht schön ( voller Korallen) und unsicher. Das Haus ist sehr klein und hellhörig, wenn mit 10 Gästen voll belegt findet man durch die Enge schlecht Ruhe. Nur 1 Dusche im Haus, 1 weitere im Garten. Der Frauen Dorm ist kein abgeschlossener Raum, sondern liegt auf einer Galerie, offen zur Küche und Wohnraum. Um in den Männer Dorm zu kommen, muss man durch den Frauen Dorm. Habe im Männer Dorm geschlafen, es war das private Schlafzimmer des Besitzers und Betreibers. Dort mit ihm in einem Raum zu schlafen empfand ich als sehr unangenehm und geht für mich gar nicht. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich das Hostel nicht gebucht. Der Besitzer ist geschäftsmässig " freundlich", aber die Freundlichkeit kam nicht von Herzen.

“séjour top”
+Très belle maison pour séjourner en communauté (ou pas) à Moorea. J'étais dans le dortoir "féminin". Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire pour se faire à manger, laver ses vêtements ou encore faire du snorkeling (possibilité de prêt de palmes, tubas...). La propreté est un vrai plus par rapport à d'autres logements. Je recommande vivement.

+ניק המארח בו אדיב מדהים אדיב ונחמד ידע לענות על השאלות שלי וגם הסביר לי איך להגיע למקומות. המקום מאוד נקי ומעוצב יפה הרגשתי שכל האורחים מכבדים אחד את השני והייתה אווירה ממש נעימה
