“Do not stay here, be careful”
+The whole aesthetic and layout of the place is actually a great concept that has a lot of potential
−Very unclean and unhygienic, it was so bad in that sense that I worried about my own health and only ended up staying one night and checked out the next day when I was meant to stay four nights there. Kettle had lots of mineral scale inside of it and was dirty in the outside, bed sheets had stains in it and although they replaced it after I brought it up, there was still few stains, cupboards were very dirty and had rubbish, sink handle was also dirty too, the water from the tap and shower had an oily feeling, and there were fruit flies in my room when I checked in. Management completely disregarded my concerns and issues, tried to gaslight me that it was normal and basically for some of the issues, that it was my fault, but clearly it wasn’t, and didn’t want to refund me the remaining nights I didn’t stay

“Very disappointing.”
+Nothing. There is a reason why they say no refund at the booking stage, because most people would not stay when they entered their room. They make koney without any guests.
−The room was gloomy, durty, and uncomfortable. Not as it was represented by its photos. We submitted our disappointment to the staff member on duty. We cancelled our booking and went to another hotel.

“Stay at Tekuni 2”
+The design that exudes calm and tranquillity. The large rooms.
−1. For the first four days, I was given threadbare towels that didn’t match the expected quality. However, I was pleasantly surprised when housekeeping later provided a high-quality, fluffy towel. 2. The presence of mosquitoes made it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep.

+This is one of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at. The room was spacious, the bathroom was large, and there was even a balcony. It has a Japanese style design super cozy! The pool area was also really nice. Overall, the place is both aesthetic and cozy. Loved it!

“Very good”
+I've stayed a few times and every time it's great. Super clean and stylish. Highly recommended if you want to stay out of the chaos of legian and Seminyak but you do need a car or a bike.
−No breakfast is a shame and staff struggle with English which is a bummer, other than that this would be my favourite "go to" hotel in the area.
