“Amazing accomodation!”
+This was hands down the most amazing accomodation we’ve ever stayed at! The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. Aircon worked well. The pool, dinner and breakfast views were beautiful. The staff were polite and paid extremely close attention to detail with quite literally everything. They also had lots of great suggestions for day trips as well as good links with kind and reasonably priced tuk tuk and car drivers. The breakfasts and dinners were divine and fresh. Everything was so amazing that we ended up staying a further few nights. We recommend this place to anyone that wants restful accomodation that is only 3kms from the closest town! We will be back - everything is close by and it’s well worth the serene and beautiful scenery. Thanks for an amazing stay!
−Nothing not to like! Only suggestion would be to remind guests to turn on hot water switch more frequently - showers were warm but not hot if this wasn’t done in advance which we knew about but kept forgetting!

“A beautiful and peaceful lodge with fantastic views, wonderful staff and a great location for exploring the area.”
+We had a wonderful stay at Tekanda Lodge. Lodge Manager Upul and the entire staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. They helped us organise local transportation as well as reservations for restaurants and activities, which made everything very easy. The lodge itself is beautifully designed, extremely clean and set in a stunning location. The views are fantastic and our kids absolutely loved the pool. Breakfast was excellent, and there were also very good options for lunch. The owners provide lots of useful information and recommendations about restaurants, beaches and activities in the area. There are also plenty of great beach restaurants nearby.
−Nothing in particular , we really enjoyed our stay.

“Amazing Family stay amidst nature !”
+Good breakfast spread consisting of local Sri Lankan cuisine and other items . Top notch location . Quite away from main city and away from the hustle and bustle. Very good and attentive staff lead well by the lodge manager UPUL. Great owner Richard who was present during our visit
−For what we were looking for , nothing in particular. Except maybe more food options to be available . But given the secluded location, we understand the possibility. So not really something we didnt like . The other thing would be to add more sign posts on the way to the lodge to help in arriving at the location without trouble

“2 amazing nights in Tekanda Lodge”
+Everything! Tekanda Lodge is in the most beautiful setting with very high levels of service. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We absolutely loved our stay here and wish it could gave been longer. The rooms are big, spacious and peaceful and the pool is just beautiful.
−Nothing. It's a very special place. A very minor point - a fan in the bathroom would be good as it gets quite warm in there.
