+comfortable and spacious room; very close to the golf course and practice facilities and beach. Staff (can't recall his name) was helpful with running suggestions.
−slow service in the dining room. Had to ask several times for the same thing and not provide directions that the bill was already billed to the room and we did not need to do anything further (we sat for a long while waiting to sign the bill to the room)

“Comfortable and lovely stay”
+Beautiful guest house. The rooms have everything you need. Very comfortable and quiet. The cost is reflected in the high standards in the room and the breakfast. I would highly recommend this accommodation to friends and family.

“Not just for golfers”
+Came across this gem of a place whilst looking for accommodation just passing through and how lucky we were that there was availability. A warm reception from the lady at the desk was our first indication that this was the right choice This is a quiet relaxed place where you will be well looked after. We didn’t have an evening meal but seen the menu and also some meals being served and it looked delicious. We did use the residents bar.We had breakfast and the quality was exceptional. The bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The room was spotless, along with the whole establishment. You can tell by the many awards hanging on the walls that they pride themselves in great customer service . It’s right next door to ballybunnion golf course and I’m sure lots of golfers come here for its excellent location but you don’t have to be a golfer to appreciate this gem.
