8.0“10/10 location in the tea fields”
+Murali is an except host for a superb historic bungalow. He went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Dinner and breakfast were very good. We particularly enjoyed being taking on a tour of the Royal Bungalow just above the Tea Queen's Bungalow.
−The hot water in our room didn't reheat. This wasn't a problem as we were able to use a vacant rooms bathroom but this may be an issue in future if all the rooms are booked.

8.0“Enjoy life in a genuine tea bungalow.”
+High up in the tea country this original tea bungalow is in excellent condition mand a sight to behold. It has beautiful gardens and views from every window, and tea on the patio is a must. The rooms are in traditional style and while basic, perfectly adequate. There is a large sitting room and dining room for guest use as well . They have a nice menu of traditional Sri Lankan and European dishes. It makes a useful base if you are exploring the area and trails.
−Not a big deal but a basic bathroom so bring your own toiletries if you have specific needs.

9.0“The staff were amazing. Amal, ChanSri and Vinu were amazing. They were extremely accommodating. They even gave us New Ye”
+The staff were amazing. Amal, ChanSri and Vinu were amazing. They were extremely accommodating. They even gave us New Year’s food from the Sri Lanka New Year’s. Even gave us a small box of tea before we left. I think the place need a little updating, but overall it was amazing service.
−I think the location could’ve been a little closer to town. Also the facility need to be a little more updated. I did hear some noises from above. However, I was OK with it.
