+We enjoyed the location, but Aguas Calientes is also not that big. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot, overall the room was an okay stay.
−We waited a long time at the reception to check in (like 30 min), first for someone to show up, and then for the room to get ready. When we finally got our room it had no windows and smelled strongly of a mix of air freshener and trapped air. We decided to get a new room with a window but did however end up paying extra for this. The new room was okay. The staff at the hotel had basic manners but nothing more. One of the staff members even opened our door once when we were laying in bed, she just looked at us, didn’t say a thing, and then closed the door. And two more times during our stay someone tried to open our door (we made sure to lock it after the incident)

“Ridiculously loud with unhelpful staff!!”
−Level 5 where I stayed was horrendous for noise, first night I called the staff to sort out the noise from what seemed to be residential above however it did not stop. First night and second was completely noisy all the way through the night! Music, TV, banging and dog barking. If you don’t want any sleep this is the place for you!!

“Confortável”
+Próximo da estação de trem. Camas confortáveis. Tinha secador de cabelo. Banheiro ok. Chuveiro quente.
Corredores.
