+Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, especially considering the price. We stayed on the second floor in a room with a shared bathroom. The room was quite small and the beds were basic, so the level of comfort is rather simple. At the same time, this feels fair when you consider the price you pay and what you get. Our expectations were probably a little too high because we had read mostly very enthusiastic reviews before coming. In reality, the place is good, but not quite as exceptional as those reviews suggested. The rooms are clean and have a very fresh renovation. One downside is that the smell of fresh renovation was still exists and, even after two days, we could not completely air it out. The location is a big plus: quiet with very fresh air and pleasantly cool evenings. Breakfast varied from day to day - one morning it was quite simple but sufficient, while the next was more diverse. Tamara is attentive, kind and responsive. It is clear that she genuinely cares about her guests and tries to react to feedback. Some aspects of hospitality will probably improve with experience, but overall we had a positive stay and consider it good value for money.

+It is a lovely place at the end of a village. Tamara and her family are really kind and friendly hosts. She speaks English. The room was very clean and the home-made food was nice. I would be happy to stay there again.

+Жил 2 дня в номере, все понравилось. Большая территория частного дома, на территории есть своя кухня и зона отдыха. В номере чисто и уютно, вкусный завтрак включен в стоимость.

“Klid a soukromí.”
+Skvěla lokace pro opravdový odpočinek. Klid, čistota, v kuchyni i koupelně vše potřebné. Pohodlná postel v útulném pokojíku - pocit soukromí. Vhodné místo pro introverty, jako jsem já :). Výborný výchozí bod pro procházky do okolní krásné přírody. A ty snídaně - úžasné! Domácí med, jogurt, vajíčka…a mnoho dalšího. Hostitelé jsou velmi srdeční i respektující. Věřím, že se vrátím…děkuji za všechno 💟

“Потрясающе!”
+Оставались на ночёвку. Приятные хозяева, вкусный и сытный завтрак. В номере чисто, есть тапочки, полотенца и мыльные принадлежности.
−Холодновато было в номере. Хотелось бы обогреватель:) Ну потому что погода такая, дождь.

+Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Wir konnten unser Zimmer schon früher beziehen, wurden von der Schwiegermama mit Kaffee und Schokolade begrüßt und uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Wir haben eine kleine Führung durch den großen Garten der Familie bekommen. Abends hat Tamara, die Gastgeberin, uns herrlich bekocht. Am nächsten Morgen bekamen wir ein leckeres Frühstück mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und herrlichem Blumentee. Wir haben unsere Zeit und all die Wanderungen in Tatev sehr genossen, weil wir ein "Zuhause" hatten. Am nächsten Tag organisierte Tamara noch ein Taxi für unsere Weiterfahrt zu unserem nächsten Ziel und kümmerte sich um die Übergabe unserer Rucksäcke. Wir sind sehr dankbar für diesen Aufenthalt in einem sehr liebevollen und familiären Guesthouse, was wir sehr weiterempfehlen möchten. Vielen Dank für alles!!
