“Disorganized, not worth the price”
+Nice location.
−The staff is disorganized, they are unable to handle guests efficiently. 45 mins waiting time for breakfast, only to be served coffee and cold scrambled eggs. A lot of misinformation, during the first day they asked us to wait an hour for ordering dinner at the restaurant, and then after the hour passed another person told us to wait another one. We would have gone to eat in the town earlier if we had a chance. They didn't allow us in the restaurant because they were holding an event, about which we were also not informed. We asked the receptionist about horse riding, if we needed to reserve it in advance as we were only there 3 days, she said no, ask anytime. When we did the following day, another staff member said they needed 24 hours advance. The swimming pool is only available on the weekends. The WiFi connection is practically non existent, in the room 206, it's only available in the specific spot by the window. The staff completely ignored our request to fix a broken showerhead (some of the water streams were literally flowing horizontally to the wall), and when we asked for room maintenance one day, we left the hotel at 10AM and returned at 4PM, nothing was done. “Worth a visit; young, friendly staff but beware the reservation manager”
+Good location with picturesque views next to mountains and rivers; some birds and alpacas kept on site. Spacious, clean rooms with hot water. Food fine.
−We were asked by the reservations manager to pay back the Booking.com genius discount of 15% even though I had a receipt and booking confirmed email. This was tiresome after a long journey. Some of the arguments employed were ridiculous. There wasn’t any information whatsoever available about the local walks / environment.

+Platsen var faktiskt och personalen väldigt hjälpsam. Nära in till canta och limas Machu Pichu. Poolen var fräsch och floden trevlig att bada i.
−Var ett bygge på gång samtidigt för att bygga ut hotellet men personalen såg till att det skulle försöka hållas på låg ljudnivå. Inget som påverkade den allmänna upplevelsen

+NECESITABAMOS SALIR DE LA RUTINA Y de un tiempo para descansar, renovar fuerzas para una semana super ajetreada la que tenemos en lima, definitivamente regresaría a TAMBO LODGE CANTA, el lugar emana tranquilidad y calidez, sin duda la mejor alternativa para degustar de buena comida y excelente ambiente. Siempre voy y regreso contenta! es la tercera vez que voy asi que recomendado al 100%

“Soggiorno scadente malgrado la bellezza del posto.”
+Personale che certamente si impegnava a cercare di fare il proprio lavoro, ma in evidente stato di impreparazione e affanno a tutti i livelli. Il posto dove sorge la struttura è però indovinato.
−Struttura e personale assolutamente impreparati a un turismo occidentale o di altra provenienza non nazionale. Niente acqua calda, i servizi igienici e le docce funzionavano a malapena, i poveri camerieri e la persona addetta al check incapaci di cogliere le sfumature della necessità di un servizio pronto a tavola e in altri nostri bisogni. Essendo però una persona che ama il Perù, conosco i limiti della realtà e devo dire che malgrado l'insufficienza complessiva della struttura, si vedeva nei giovani camerieri e altri dipendenti lo sforzo di rispondere ai loro compiti....

+Me gusto el ambiente, la amababilidad del todo el personal, los cuartos tambien super comodos, y los animalitos super bien cuidados, la comida buenisima del chef, volveria a ir con mi pareja :)

“O local tem um excelente custo benefício, devido a estrutura. Porem, falta uma melhora de gestão, para que estabeleça re”
+Local é muito bonito e de fácil acesso. O quarto era grande. A área externa bonita, com boas atrações para crianças e para um bom descanso.
−As janelas do quarto não vedam totalmente a entrada de ar, logo como estava muito frio, o quarto tem impacto. Houve uma falha de energia na rede externa, que impactou a estadia. Houve também uma falta de água quente no chuveiro. Algo legal da estadia e a possibilidade de fazer churrasco na área externa, contudo havia um grupo grande fazendo churrasco e cantando em Karaokê até tarde. O staff do hotel não conseguia fazê-los parar, o que gerou um desconforto muito grande. Os funcionários foram mto solícitos, porém parecia que não estavam preparados para a quantidade de pessoa que havia no hotel. Durante o café da manhã e horário de almoço se via todos os funcionários sempre correndo para fazer os atendimentos. A menina da recepção tinha que atender também no restaurante.

“Fantástico”
+El espacio, la vista alrededor, el río estaba justo al lado, mucha conexión con naturaleza, muy bonito para escapar del bullicio de Lima. Las habitaciones con balcón para poder apreciar el paisaje y super cómodas! La comida buenaza, el lomo saltado fue mi favorito
