+Your hotel came highly recommended by my late grandmother and her daughter. They’ve stayed here before and loved it as did we. The view of the mountains right outside the window. And even though we were on the second floor, the ramp instead of stairs was so much easier to navigate. We were there to visit Cades Cove on the one year anniversary of my mother’s passing and I loved the fact that we were so close. Thank you to the state of Tennessee for making our trip to the Cove possible on this occasion. We will return!

+Staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is they air be turned on before guests arrive. There was a bit of a "musty" odor, but I usually have a can of air freshener so it was not a huge deal. Overall it is a cozy little place we'd definitely stay again.

+The two-night accommodation offered a comfortable bed; however, the pillows could be enhanced to better accommodate individual preferences, as they were perceived as too flat. The recently renovated room was spacious, including a generously sized balcony. Additionally, the shower provided excellent water pressure and temperature regulation.

+I stayed for four days and no one swept floors or even got trash as well as not enough toilet paper or beds not made at all
