“Disappointing rip-off”
+The only positive thing about this accommodation was its location near the train station. Unfortunately, everything else about the stay was disappointing.
−The check-in process was extremely inconvenient. It should have been written in the property description before booking. It was not mentioned during booking that we had to go to a separate office to collect the keys. Neither the phone nor the intercom was answered at either address, and we only managed to get into the building because a stranger let us in. There were no signs on the doors indicating which room was the office. Although check-in was already later than at many other accommodations 16:00, finding the actual place to collect the keys took us an additional hour. This was an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating start to our stay. The sleeping arrangements were far below expectations. I paid €65 for accommodation for four people, so I certainly did not expect to find just a queen-sized bed with a loose, broken headboard and a fold-up bed for the additional guests. The fold-up bed came with only a thin summer blanket and a duvet cover, with no actual blanket or duvet inside. The bedsheets were old and stained, and the mattress was old and uncomfortable. +Buona posizione ( comoda alla stazione FS)
−Struttura appena accettabile ( TV non funzionante) arredo sufficientemente. Per il costo basso per una notte ci si può accontentare. Per soggiorni più lunghi francamente opterei per altre soluzioni.

“Ideal für Durchreise mit Wellness feeling”
+Die Lage ist Zentral, die Beschreibung für den Check in ist auf mehreren Sprachen und gut verständlich. Das Badezimmer ist nicht das sauberste aber warmes Wasser für die Dusche ist stets vorhanden....eine Sauna zur Benutzung ist ebefalls vorhanden. Das Einzelzimmer kostete im Vergleich wie ein Bett in einem Schlafsaal im Hostel.
−Bleiben wir realistisch... Diese Unterkunft bietet das was es braucht und sogar etwas mehr für das bezahlte Geld

“Se non stai disperato, scegli altrove.”
+Niente. Ma proprio niente. Avrei potuto dire il prezzo, ma in rapporto con le prestazioni il valore tende a scomparire.
−La puzza, intollerabile nella stanza, che non spariva neanche quando speravi di averci fatto l'abitudine. E neanche tenendo la finestra aperta tutto il giorno. La tenda, strappata e vecchia come se avesse litigato con una colonia di gatti affamati. Le asciugamani, piccole, scure e nel contempo macchiate, dall'odore di vecchio come del resto la biancheria del letto (solo lenzuola, senza coperte). La mancanza nella stanza di aria condizionata e riscaldamento; fosse stato Agosto o Novembre, ci sarebbe stato da ridere. Il bagno condiviso, ma questo è soprattutto colpa mia per non aver letto correttamente le condizioni una volta prenotata la stanza. Ma soprattutto, non mi è piaciuto che tutte queste miserie mi sono state presentate per una camera definita "DELUXE".

“Alojamiento no recomendado”
+Absolutamente nada me gustó
−Habitación oscura, no pudimos abrir la ventana para que entrara luz. Las sábanas no se habían cambiado, estaban arrugadas y manchadas. El colchón también tenía manchas y como la oficina donde entregan las llaves no es cerca, no pudimos hacer el reclamo, tuvimos que dormir con ropa. El baño con bastantes hongos. Para completar, la chapa de la habitación estaba rota.

“Pulizia è dovuto. Il bagno in comune accettabile ma lo si deve prima igenizzare per usarlo.”

−Pulizia della stanza. Le tende erano sporche magari lavarle o toglierle se sono nere di polvere. Per mia svista, il bagno non è in camera ma in comune, fate attenzione se lo volete in camera.

−Le stanze, i bagni e gli spazi comuni sono tenuti male. L'arredamento e i letti di bassa qualità. Non vale il prezzo .

−Falta de comunicação com o cliente. No alojamento não se encontra ninguém para lhe tirar alguma duvida e para retirar as chaves tem que andar uns 2 km. Voltaria ao hotel pelo preço/ benefício mas em comunicação deixam bastante a desejar
