+On our checkout day, we were not catching a flight until later that evening. Hotel stored our bags and allowed us use of the pool and spa rooms for the rest of the day at no charge. Staff were extremely helpful during our stay.

−The guy at bell reception was very unwelcoming. We hate the attitude of that guy. He should be not be the one at that place.
