“Unless you can go anywhere else, you may stay there, but it is not clean and the owner is not happy”
+The location and the internet access - good. The rest - bad.
−The sheets were clean but the room was not; only 1 small towel left for 2 of us. The window mosquito mesh was broken and never repaired - 2 big wholes, so no protection; the front door does not get locked and there was a man sleeping on the floor - probably homeless; the bathroom was not clean - and after i asked them to clean the hair from the bathroom, nobody did it and it was difficult to take a shower as the water flooded the floor; there was no toilet paper - but after i asked, they did bring. i also asked someone to clean the sink and the small cupboard in the bathroom - nobody cleaned it for 2 days, and there was man shaving hair all over. The frigde was dirty, too. Also, there was another couple waiting to be accommodated, and the receptionist guy had a double booking and refused to cancel the booking for the other elderly couple - so they could get their money back; MAYBE the issue was solved - i do not know. THe reception guy was not very polite; i had to ask for an invoice 3 times, as used google translate and after he called "his boss", i got an invoice. The amount was small, the price for the room is fair, but the cleanness and quality of service it bad bad.

−The bathroom was terrible and we shared everything with other people. The smell was also terrible.

“Thank you for being so accomodating.”
+The staff was awesomely supportive, friendly, and honest. We left our daughter's teddy behind, and the neighbourhood cafe returned it to us. The staff met us late at night and helped us to settle. The owner was very helpful and attentive, and the neighbourhood itself was very safe and kind. At least that's how we felt there.
−The room, perhaps, could have been a different one. It had 5 beds, while there were three of us, and the bathroom was outside. For us as a couple, it would be great, but we have a 6-year-old and late at night she sometimes was unsettled, and I worried that she would wake up neighbours. It would be better if we had more privacy, but it is our fault for not checking it ahead. The owner offered us to change, but we were out for exploring the city, and when we were back, our child was asleep.
