“Stay was wonderful”
+Naleesha, was great, very helpful smily. All the staff are good
−Only thing you have to cross the main road to go to the restaurant. I think they should ask the council to put a crossing there.

“A Serene Oasis Minutes From Galle Fort!”
+Our stay at Taavetti was absolutely flawless. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the property and the hospitality. The Vibe: The ambiance is incredibly peaceful and serene, making it the perfect place to unwind. The Property: The rooms are beautifully designed, and the entire facility is gorgeous and immaculate. The Staff: Exceptional service! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The Location: Ideal positioning. It is within walking distance to a lovely private beach and just a quick, easy tuk-tuk ride away from the historic Galle Fort. We already cannot wait to come back, especially once the new beach club is up and running! Highly recommended.

“a beautiful quiet retreat in a an outstanding hotel.”
+room size interior design of the hotel friendly and professional staff - nothing was ever a bother - thank you Minu and the team. swimming pool personal interaction from the General Manager
−nothing perhaps the location is a little way from the tourist spots if yu wanted to walk like the Galle Fort area and Unawatuna but the tuks tuks are so easy to organize using the Pick Me app and not that expensive it really wasnt an issue.

“comfortable and relaxing”
+The room that i stayed in was very comfortable and spotless. I loved the interior design - it felt warm and homey.
−It's not what I expected. The property is located in a residential, rather remote area, with no restaurants nearby and the room charge was quite expensive.

“I am looking forward to be back”
+I spent 3 days in Galle at the Taveetti hotel. Everything was immaculate, food was healthy and delicious ( although I would have preferred more Sri Lankan options on the menu) The beach club faces a great beach and it is very well looked after. The reception is quick at responding to any need. The massage I booked was really really good. If I go back to Sri Lanka I will definitely go back to Tavetti.
−It would have been nice to know that the hotel and the Beach Club are actually separate buildings and that one has to cross a very busy road to go from one to the other. The stuff is really attentive and they will help you cross the road in the evening, when if feels quite daunting for a person not used to the Sri Lankan roads.

“Do not stay here if you expect any amenities. It is NOT a five star hotel.”
+Very little! The rooms were lovely. There was no bar or restaurant despite what it says on booking.com. The ‘private beach’ is up the road and across the street - misleading! The staff were great, the guy on reception was not helpful.
−No shower cap, slippers or robe.

+Beautiful hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. Staff was super friendly too! You could make use of the sunbeds of the beach club oppposite the road.
−I am happy to leave a review but it is a little too much to be asked for 3 separate reviews over the course of 3 dates (1 for beach club asked twice, and 2 for hotel via google maps/booking).
